Our text message program
Program name: GI Auto Insurance SMS Alerts.
Sender: GI Insurance Agency LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as GI Auto Insurance. Messages may come from (469) 587-7813 or from another number we use for our texting platform.
When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your insurance quote, appointment reminders, policy updates and customer service. If you also opt in to offers, we may send promotional messages.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on one of our forms, by texting us first, or by giving your consent to an agent who records it. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy insurance or any other service from us. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your request and your policy. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You receive one confirmation message and no more texts after that.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (214) 352-1600.
To join again after opting out, sign up the same way you did the first time, or text us.
Your number stays with us
We do not share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texting platform provider handles messages only on our behalf. Read more in our privacy policy.
